Frequently Asked Questions for Ridge Double Articulated Switch An updated version of our standard-lead-time
What should I clarify when the purchaser and intended recipient are different?
Ask which person's details belong in each required field. Confirm where purchase confirmations and subsequent updates will be sent.
How can I ask about an order if I cannot access my account?
Look for an order confirmation saved outside the inaccessible account. Do not create a duplicate purchase to recover an existing order.
What should I clarify before asking to separate parts of an order?
Confirm the timing expected for each separate portion. Ask how future support requests should identify each portion.
